We can develop and design injection of plastic molds, as well as analyze injected 3D casting process (Catia V5-R19). Using suitable algorithms, we use simulation software to determine the effectiveness of the mold die injection and cooling systems, optimizing the productivity the production process, ensuring an exceptional compatibility between the dimensional characteristics of the parts and operation of the tool.

Our mold die projects are made according to a set of specific internal rules (Codeplas Project Design Rules) or the requirements of our customers (when available), always suggesting improvement opportunities, if any.

We design mold dies using several injection technologies, such as gas, low injection pressure, bi-material, IMl, etc.

The mold dies manufactured under our responsibility in Europe, Brazil and China are carefully planned and its execution systematically monitored, ensuring compliance with the deadlines and quality standards required by our customers. We also execute mold die upgrades, refurbishment and other engineering support services in Portugal and Brazil.

Our customers are kept regularly informed of the work in progress, but can also track the status of their project through a restricted area in our website.
