Codeplas considers that technical competence and professionalism are key attributes for the development of plastic parts. Our team has the experience in the development of plastic parts starting from a required idea or function until the completion of CAD models (3D and 2D) and definition of the respective product specifications.

We use simulation methods (FEA) to validate our work, as well as rapid prototyping technologies such as 3D printing or Laser Sintering. Our software is based on Catia v5 r19, but we may also work with Solidworks.

In particular for the automotive sector, we conduct critical feasibility analysis, determine the potential for improvement of the solutions adopted either at part or tool level, being recognized as one of the most competence by the leading car industry companies.
