The experience gathered from a the large number of projects that we participated and/or managed, the diversified range of industries, organizations and people we worked with throughout our existence , allow us to have a global and critical view of the molding process, enabling us to provide consulting services for the whole molding process, such as:

• Functional parts analysis,
• Feasibility studies,
• Definition of mold specifications,
• Evaluation and selection of mold die manufacturers,
• Assessment of progress (in time and value) or mold conformity to specifications,
• Follow-up on mold die manufacturing and conformance to planned scheduling,
• Analysis and optimization of injection processes,
• Support in the validation phase of the process (PPAP),
• "Troubleshooting" for mold dies, processes and parts.

We can also provide our customers with interim technical management, to address specific technical manpower shortage, especially during a new project start up.
